Educational Qualification : 
Candidates should have done Post Graduation Degree / Master Degree(Education / Social Sciences / Public Management / Economics / Social Sciences), B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Architecture) or its equivalent qualification. 

Age Limit : 
Upper age limit should not more than 65 Years As On 01-09-2014. 

Selection Process :
