Posts Name : Assistant Lineman
1. ITI (Male/ Female Candidate) : 70 Posts
2. ITI (Female candidates) : 117 Posts
Qualification :
Candidates have done 10th Standard Examination and should have a pass certificate of three years “Lineman trade”/ “Electrician trade” imparted by the Industrial Training Institutes of KEB/KPTCL for Sl.No.1 and should have a pass certificate of 18/24 months course in “Electrician/ Electronics/ Electronic Mechanic” trade from Industrial Training Institutes recognized by Government of Karnataka. for Sl.No.2.
Age Limit :
Age between 18 to 35 years in case of General Merit candidates, 38 years in case of Category IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB candidates and 40 years in case of SC/ ST and Category I candidates.
Selection Process :
Will be based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination only.
Application Fee :
Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 400/- in respect of candidates belonging to General Category and Category I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB to pay Rs 200/- in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ ST category. Fee should be paid in the form of Bank Challan at any of the branches of State Bank of Mysore.
