Age Limit : 
Age should be between 21 to 35 years. Age Relaxation is applicable as per Govt rules.

Qualification : 
Candidates have done 3 years course of Practitioner in Medical & Holistic Medicine (P.M.H.M.) with registered in Chhattisgarh Medical Board.
