Mandatory Skills:

CQ5 Developer – Publishing/Authoring
HTML4/HTML5, CSS2/CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery

Other skills:

Sound knowledge of Coding Optimization
Webpage Optimization etc.
Idea of handling dynamic website
Idea of server side programming
Backend integration


Sr. Web Developer:

Manage communication between team (working in onsite-offshore model) and customer
Experience in website development projects
Basic knowledge of CSS2, 3, HTML 4, 5
Good understanding of browser and device compatibility
Good understanding of nuances of JavaScript and framework like JQuery (preferable)
Coordinating multiple small projects (1-2 week) in parallel
